Benchmark Tutoring is owned and operated by Karen Radcliffe. Karen has been offering individualized educational services in standardized test preparation for the SAT, SAT Subject Tests, ACT, and PSAT since 2002. Prior to starting Benchmark Tutoring, Karen taught for ten years in the Virginia and Maryland Public School systems. She also taught graduate level education courses to teachers. Karen has an Education Specialist's degree from the University of Virginia, a Master's degree in a subject field, and additional certifications as a Reading Specialist and a School Administrator. She also received a Governor's Citation from the state of Maryland for completing additional coursework in Mathematics, Science, and Technology. Karen has extensive experience working with students of all ages and ability levels.
